Guitarist, singer-songwriter Rick Lollar has trouble sitting still. Raised under oak tree canopies in Tallahassee, FL, Lollar honed blues chops as a teen, later moving on to add jazz, rock, and funk to an ever-expanding repertoire. His touring and recording credits reside among names like Southern avant-jam godfather Col. Bruce Hampton, "True Detective"-featured folk rock musician Lera Lynn, and former Florida State University College of Music classmate and jazz drummer Jamison Ross (including the 2015 Grammy-nominated Jamison). Based in Atlanta since 2009, Lollar focuses on projects like his rock duo Weisshund and rowdy funk outfit King Baby.
